Dr. Braun is a Texan by marriage, his wife Richelle being born and raised in Burleson.
 
He came to dentistry by way of following in his father’s footsteps into Chemical Engineering.  After serving in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Power Officer, he quickly realized he was searching for a profession with a more personal touch.  He spent the next ten years working full time to develop people skills in management at United Parcel Service, as a certified personal trainer, and attending Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry, culminating in his dental degree.
 
 Craig enjoys working in a thriving dental practice while helping his patients achieve optimal health.  Dr. Braun is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the Crown Council. The Crown Council is group of dentists that are dedicated to improving their profession through volunteerism. The Crown Council and their spokesman, Garth Brooks, have raised over $25 million dollars for children's charity’s with  the “Smiles for Life” program,  which is conducted every year between May and June.  He continues to pursue advanced training  in cosmetic dentistry, smile design, implants, endodontics and periodontology . He is currently working on achieving "Fellowship" status with the Academy of General Dentistry.
 
 Dr. Braun is  giving back to the profession by working with “The Coaching Center” teaching customer service skills to “likeminded” health professionals in seminars across the country.  Craig’s hobbies include reading, going to the gym and spending free time with his wife Richelle.
