okay….I have to get this out of my system right now. I had three wisdom teeth pulled today, count em’….three…. and it was done in less than an hour and I felt ZERO pain.

You are probably doing what I was doing when I knew I needed to find a new Dentist…go hunting for great reviews on the internet. It is a very hard decision when you suddenly realize that it’s time for a change of dentist, actually stomach churning. I needed 2 dental implants and root canal, and for some reason what I was being told and how much it would cost was not sitting well with me (and I had been seeing my old dentist for many many years, and had lot’s of work done by him). So I went in and had a free consultation and six weeks later after meeting Dr Thompson 1 time, I had the dental implants and root canal performed all at his office and all done by him :) I now have a beautiful smile and great teeth and no nightmares that my teeth are all going to fall out!! I feel very fortunate to have found Imagecare Dental. Dr Thompson is a wonderful dentist and knows his stuff!! They have an amazing crew of people working for them as well. Customer Service is top notch and you know ‘they really do care’ ;) So all in all I am writing this hoping that I have made life easier for another person to find a great dentist. I say stop looking and call them today. Thank you Dr Thompson and your amazing crew!!

Dr. Thompson made extra sure I was numb! Had to give me extra in the gum area. I appreciate his thoughtful care – he had the implant in in no time. His assistant was very caring, courteous and just made me feel very comfortable as she explained what was going to happen. Not that I ever wanted to actually have this procedure done, but am very glad I chose Dr. Thompson and Imagecare Dental! -Vickie

I’ve been going to ImageCare Dental for over 5 years now. The dentists and hygienists are the best — very detailed, thorough and nice. My crown broke yesterday (Sunday) and they were able to accommodate me this morning (Monday). Also the administrative staff are very friendly which is a huge plus. I’ve gone to Dr. Thompson for over 10 years and always have received the best dental care. He’s the best dentist EVER! He recently installed crowns on my front teeth that straightened some overlaps and I LOVE my smile now. Dr. Thompson was very patient with the process to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the shape and color of my crowns. It was a painless process, too! I have been going to Imagecare Dental Group since I was about 12 years old. As usual, I was impressed by their service, but even more so today. I arrived for my appointment about 3 minutes late and did not have to wait but a minute to be called back. I have been with the same hygienist the last few times and she actually remembered a lot about my life! It was nice, like seeing an old friend. My cleaning was fast and painless. I did not have to wait to see the dentist. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Best dental visit ever. I remember the days when it used to take about an hour or more – so glad to see that Imagecare has improved their processes and become more efficient. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and efficient, as usual.

Though I just met Dr. Thompson, I would recommend he and his colleagues to all of my friends and family. Doctor Thompson is excellent. He took care of a recent root canal for me, one that was particularly difficult. It was like watching an artist at work! He was meticulous! Plus, I had very little pain during or after the procedure. In addition, the office staff and hygienists are professional, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Image Care Dental.

I recently moved to Plano from Dallas. I decided on Dr. Thompson of Imagecare after reading his informative website. First of all Dr. Thompson is very straight forward. He explains thoroughly, does his job and is finished very quickly. You can tell all of the staff likes working there – they are so pleasant. There are no long appointment waiting lines. I had xrays, cleaning, zoom teeth whitening and front teeth resin. I have talked my husband into becoming one of Dr.Thompson’s patients. Mary S. P.S. They also file insurance.

My previous dentist retired, and I needed to find another. I made various searches before coming to Imagecare, and Dr Thompson. AND am I ever GLAD I did! I broke a tooth, and needed a crown fixed on another. Dr Thompson was very impressive, professional, courteous, and about every other positive adjective I could come up with to describe my experience with him. From the moment I entered the front door, I could tell this was going to be my dentist, as long as I live in the Plano area! I HIGHLY recommend Imagecare, and Dr Thompson. Dr. Thompson handled my implant & corrected some other issues I had. He is such a nice person, professional & very thorough. My implant was a easy, painless process. I was very impressed! It is hard to find a good dentist that you trust, but I believe you can trust Dr. Thompson & Image Care generally. Give them a try – I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Had some dental work done here; the dentist was wonderful and explained everything she did as she worked; it was one of the most painless procedures I’ve had done. I like having my teeth cleaned; anything else, not so much. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at checkout. Also, minimal wait time and was in and out in an hour.

I went to another dentist (in network on my dental plan at the time) and came out with a disaster (extraction #19). I came back to Dr Thompson and his team cleaned up all the disaster I had, built a new bridge for me. The exam was relaxing; Dr Thompson explained every step along the way to help me relax. The bridge is beautiful and fits so well in my mouth its better than my old tooth. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone I know. I will never go to another dentist. GREAT WORK! I have only gone to Dr. Thompson twice and he’s been very professional both times. The first time was for a routine cleaning. The second time he put four fillings in my mouth, and it was the best experience I have ever had, hands down, with getting cavities filled. It was almost pain-free and he was very quick and proficient.

Did I have two teeth extracted??? Unbelievable!!! I had two wisdom teeth extracted. The amazing thing is that I did not feel a thing. I am on day two and I have experienced no pain, no swelling, and no discomfort. Dr. Imperial was great in explaining what was going to happen during the procedure. Great staff! Great service!

Dr Thompson just did my root canal and I would have to definitely recommend him for this procedure. It was pain-free and he was fast. I was so stressed out by the thought of having this done but Dr. Thompson and his assistant Laura (who I have requested for all future procedures) were awesome. They made sure I was comfortable and explained the entire process to me. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and very caring.

Nice Dental Office. My first visit to Imagecare Dental was very pleasant. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They seem to be using the most updated technology and show you everything they are doing on the computer monitor as they do it. I came in to have a crown placed on one of my teeth. Brandi was the Assistant who helped Dr. Thompson. Brandi was so friendly and she was so good at her job that it really put me at ease. I am extremely afraid of dental procedures due to childhood trauma. Brandi made the experience very enjoyable. Dr. Thompson is the best Dentist I have ever been to. He took great care in making sure that I was comfortable and he did an excellent job of creating and placing my crown. I was also very impressed with the entire office staff.
