My name is Sue Ann Kinsey, and I can't tell you the exact number of years. I moved to Plano in 2003. I think I started coming about '04, '05, and I've been a patient ever since.
Well, initially the work I had done was Invisalign, and we went through that, and it worked very well. And I've always wanted my teeth straightened and whitened. And I finally got some money and talked to Dr. Thompson, and he said, "Well, this is what I recommend," and, okay, had the work done. I had zero pain. I still have a full bottle of pain pills. I have no pain whatsoever, and the temporaries went on, and I loved it. But then when the real ones went on, I loved it even more. They look very natural.
I have crowns all the way across the smile. They're straight. They're white, and there's no misshapen and Tetracycline yellowing, and it was, it's the most natural my teeth have ever looked, and I love it.
This last procedure with the crowns has given me a self-confidence that I've never had before. I like smiling now.
