What Are Wisdom Teeth?
Your wisdom teeth are the four furthest back on the top and bottom rows.
They are called “wisdom teeth” because they come in when you are older and “wiser.”
They start to arrive between the ages of 17 and 25.

How Can You Tell if You Need to Have Your Very Back Molars Removed?
The only way to know for sure is to have x-rays and a consultation. While x-rays can be taken at any time it is best if they are taken between the ages of 15 and 20, so corrective action can be taken before any damage occurs.
