Well, my first visit to Dr. Thompson was quite an event in my life. My husband and I were getting ready to go on a trip. A day or so before we were getting ready to travel, I started to get a really, really bad toothache. So I called around and called around, and I know it was after hours but Dr. Thompson happened to pick up the phone, and when I explained my situation, he was kind enough to see me after hours. This practice is so unique because I've established such a great relationship with them. I know the team, they know me, I know about their families, they know about mine, and I feel like they're friends more than a dentist's office.
